Subscription Policy
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our recurring billing terms. Our subscription service ensures you never run out of your favorite products while enjoying exclusive bundle discounts.
1. Recurring Billing & Payments
When you purchase a subscription, you will be billed automatically at the frequency selected (e.g., every 30 days). Your payment method on file will be charged the subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. 
2. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription through our Customer Portal. Once logged into your account on our store, you can:
  • Skip or Pause: Delay your next delivery if you have enough stock.
  • Swap Products: Change flavors, scents, or variants in your next shipment.
  • Update Payment Info: Ensure your deliveries are never interrupted.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • How to Cancel: Log in to your customer account and select "Manage Subscriptions" or contact us 
  • Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. 
4. Refunds & Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. If you forget to cancel before a renewal, please contact us immediately. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded as a "forgot to cancel" request.
